We provide prepaid and/or postpaid internet services. All payments made are applied toward activation, renewal, or continuation of service plans.
2. No Refund for Services Already Used
Because internet access is a consumable digital service, payments for periods where service has already been used are non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
• Duplicate payment made in error.
• Payment deducted but service not activated due to a technical issue.
• Plan purchased incorrectly, provided no data has been used and the request is made within 24–48 hours of payment.
• Transaction failure where the amount has been debited but not received by us.
